To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorJoy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app and/or on our website. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
